Just enough effort and heat paired with settling stretches towards the end made for a perfectly balanced class. Absolutely loved it and her! She is so nice!

alle beoordelingen weergevenClass was originally going to be taught by Nazli (my favorite) and at first I was disappointed, but I ended up being so impressed with Sarah. Both for her ability to teach this class completely on the fly, and her very welcoming and fun teaching style! I'm definitely a fan and looking forward to her classes now too. I should have known better, you really can't go wrong with any of the instructors here!
