Nitish is incredibly thoughtful in the way he guides the flow, and his hands-on adjustments are honestly next level. You can really feel his experience and attention to every student in the room. The energy, pacing, and overall experience were just amazing. Will definitely keep coming back š¤

Anggita is very attentive and she's very attention to details. there's few movements that I've never done before which very challenging but Anggita corrected our movements so we can do it correctly. Risa is very passionate and knowledgeable, and she has a real talent for explaining things. We learned proper alignment in asanas, did breathwork, meditation, and even had a sound bath.
