I attended his meditation practices last year and have always appreciated his grounded presence and calm energy.     Alignment hatha yoga

    It was an amazing and really unique experience! I was expecting a regular yoga class, but it felt more like a workshop. Risa is very passionate and knowledgeable, and she has a real talent for explaining things. We learned proper alignment in asanas, did breathwork, meditation, and even had a sound bath. It was a big pleasure to be there and meet such nice people 🙌
