Even though it was my first time at the studio, everyone was so warm that it kinda felt like I was already part of the family 🥹The class was nice and relaxing, exactly what I needed. The heat was comfortable that I could manage to flow throughout the class (was thinking okay so this isn’t as hot as in Jakarta! And then the sweat started to pouring 10 mins in haha) Towels are provided. Shower is clean.

What stood out most to me was how he gave individual attention to each of us and made sure we were doing every pose correctly. The relaxation at the end was beautiful, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend!
