She encourages you to take at your own pace. Love the diversity of attendees. Cold towel at the end is a great addition. I will be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class! Shannon was very savvy and helped us navigate the NYC marathon by changing the meeting point to somewhere really spectacular, the castle. Her communication was very clear and she personally followed up to make sure I got her message about the location change, which I really appreciated. This was my first class with this group; but I’ll definitely be back for more.
