Massages are personal and it’s hard for me to find one that really does the job. So it’s best to try with a few different masseurs -). Sherry and Michael are very good but they have both changed roles and are now managers . Atm I like Steven, very firm pressure (consistent) and he also does “dry massage” so no oil just with towel over - which is a nice option as I don’t always want to be oiled up.

However, once you find the spa, the receptionist team is friendly, and you will need to pay a 20% service fee, which in my case was $38. The front desk lady was so nice and then it was lovely and serene when I walked to the back. I loved they gave a full tour, robe, slippers and locker. Summer was so bubbly, gentle but with the right amount of firmness to help ease my knots in my back. After doing so much the past few months this mama needed some me time! It's 3 days later and I still feel great. I was feeling a bit sore the next day but she told me how to stretch which came in handy for the tension in my neck. The only con, it would have been nice to have gotten the questionnaire ahead of time and all they ask me in person was to pick my lotion scent. Also I did not read my notes from ClassPass to come early else I would have enjoyed the sitting room a little longer. Next time I know what to do. I'll be back!
