alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first time going to a tai chi class and Tony was super welcoming and incredibly friendly and very clear from the start at how knowledgeable he is with the forms in the movement and how they work to improve posture. I have a lot of alignment and posture issues that I have to compensate for but even in a group class he’s really great at taking the time if you need help of making adjustments for you and really working you through the flow. I’m really glad jiaren has tai chi now to add to its overall roster of really great classes and I’m definitely coming back to tai chi.

They are structured in a way that is easy to follow and the screens are really helpful for remembering your station and keeping track of where you’re at. Once of the best gym experiences I’ve had. Staff was friendly and explained the results in terms of wellbeing and prevention. I also did the infrared sauna pod, which helps with lymphatic drainage. It was really relaxing and was a good intro to their wellness model. I booked a few other sessions while I was there for the introductory package for things that are not yet offered on ClassPass, and I’m excited to return!

The place was so modern and cute… Very knowledgeable on every aspect that it presented and I learned a lot during the process… The scan only took seven minutes and I think I was only there for probably 20 minutes and I even learned a new way to stretch, but all of the results were awesome and very throughout. I was even able to talk to the AI about my scans and it showed every level of my body, including muscular tissue, bone structure, skeletal muscle, etc. Thanks so much. I truly really enjoyed the experience and hope y’all continue to open and more cities like Atlanta, Washington DC, and Jacksonville, Florida!
