Workout is rather strange-neither painful nor enjoyable, but the "before and after" pictures I saw are spectacular, and I hope to see similar results. You don't need to bring gym clothes: they make you wear a wetsuit, and you can do the workout barefoot or in sneakers or socks. The actual full body workout is only 20mn with a 5mn cool down -all plugged to a machine that sends electric stimulation to your muscles. I encourage everyone to try this it's really intense and unique! Genius concept for those who have neither the time nor willingness to exercise regularly since a 25mn session is the equivalent of 2 to 3 hours at a traditional gym. Their schedule is also super convenient!! Can't wait for my next session. 💪🙏

The ticking sound is distracting at first but deep breathing and focusing on the energy pulses will eventually drown out that sound. I’d try it again since the first 15 minutes, I was doing a lot of overthinking but I finally started feeling relaxed towards the end. Also, the front desk girl is very nice. I wish I got her name, she was very sweet and had great energy as well.

As their page read, I called before to confirm they had availability for the type of appointment I wanted to book and ask any questions - wood massage and body sculpting. They confirmed they did and I booked my time slot via classpass. Check-in was easy, forms were sent and completed via email prior. The room was prepped with disposable underwear/bra to wear + water was offered. As far as the experience and to keep my review not too lengthy, it was informative, tailored to my preferences and great conversation/service. The wood work + massage is a bit more intense than manual lymphatic drainage, but as long as you’re communicative with them, it can be less (or more) pressure if needed. I’m definitely feeling it today! To finish my service, I spent 10 minutes on the vibration plate. The facility was clean and secure (locked front door, door bell rung to enter). The design is a bit confusing as the ceilings are tall and you can hear sounds from adjacent rooms/the lobby, but there was relaxing music in my treatment room. Nadia was my treatment provider, I’ll definitely be back to see her again. (I’ll post my full review to Yelp)
