The flow was energetic, challenging, and a comprehensive workout for all muscle groups 👏 The other yoga goers were also really sweet and the entire vibe of this studio is approachable and cozy. Also loved the cold towel at the end 🙌 awesome class~

She always gives the perfect amount of instruction so you can get the most out of your practice. She offers modifications for the right amount of challenge and chill that you need. I feel very blessed to have found this studio. It is a beautiful space and has a great vibe!

Also she used sound bowls and they offered such a wonderful experience! However I wish she didn’t talk as much during the class so I could meditate better. Overall, a really nice yin class!
