alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is one of my favorite sound baths I’ve been to. The setup of the space was cozy, dimly lit, peaceful and everyone had plenty of room. Lauren was amazing: she is extremely welcoming, started the class with intention and the sounds she created were fantastic. I see myself becoming a regular for this class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenAmazing class! It was challenging for a beginner and advanced. Instructor introduced and demonstrated every exercise and gave modifications (which I appreciated). Great comprehensive workout with attention to small and large muscle groups. I truly enjoyed this class!!

I prefer very firm, deep pressure and he was able to deliver and get right into the main areas I wanted to focus on. He was a great conversation as well. Just let him know if you prefer a chat or not. I recommend him for other firm pressure massage loving folks. I will return.
