Lauren was amazing: she is extremely welcoming, started the class with intention and the sounds she created were fantastic. I see myself becoming a regular for this class.

Since it was a small group, got so much personalized attention and loved that Gabby makes it more intentional by asking about your goals, comfort levels, etc. Definitely a burn, but the fun/friendly atmosphere makes it go by fast!

I have been dealing with anxiety, depression, neck and back pain for years and already after one session I am feeling less emotional and mental burden and my shoulders have felt more relaxed. I’m looking forward to less medications and invasive medical treatments and exploring this natural path of healing. I felt comfortable in the room and I really appreciated not feeling rushed. You can tell he truly cares about the whole well being of clients. If you’re new to shiatsu I recommend trying it at least once and giving it a chance.
