She offers a variety of modifications so you could make this as challenging as you need, even considering adding 1-2lb weights for additional toning. As part of the cool down we even incorporated a line dance which was a nice added treat and made me want to plan to attend one of the upcoming line dance events. I'd definitely attend this class again and recommend for anyone in any stage of your fitness journey!
