The class had a calm, grounded energy while still giving me a great workout. I really appreciated how Suzanne met me where I was in my practice—challenging me without ever making me feel pressured or out of place. Her instruction was clear, encouraging, and thoughtful throughout the entire class. I left feeling like I had worked hard, but also relaxed and centered. Suzanne creates exactly the kind of environment that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend her class!
