alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class size was perfect…about 6 which made it easier for the instructor (Daphne) to be attentive to each student. She was also patient as this was as our first time at the studio and we came in the wrong door and it was boyfriend’s first time on a reformer. She explained the movements more clear than any instructor I’ve had before and I have taken several Pilates classes. She made sure we did moves correctly and repeated important points to make sure we understood them. Made jokes throughout the class that kept things light while still giving us a challenging work out. Loved it and will be back again.

The playlists she puts together are always amazing—they keep the energy high and make the class even more enjoyable. You can tell she puts a lot of thought into every class, and I always leave feeling stronger, happier, and in a better mood. I can’t recommend her classes enough!
