I almost came to tears at one point because the energy was just so good and I could tell that the instructor really is passionate about what she’s doing. I will definitely be back for more gentle yoga classes with Ritu. I also must add that I really appreciated her invitation to stay in meditation if it felt right during savanna bc it was definitely needed. 🤍✨

alle beoordelingen weergevenLana is a great instructor. She goes through poses pretty quickly, but there is enough repetition for you to understand what to do. I love how active we switch poses and stretch different areas of the body. Bonus, it was great to be in a hot studio in the cold mornings.

His guidance for each of the yoga postures as well as the breath work was much more detailed than that of most other yoga instructors. All in all a great class and my breathing has noticeably improved since the class.

I loved that she explained the benefits of each pose, was very polite and respectful (asking permission to touch) when she wanted to correct people’s poses, and didn’t push anyone beyond their limits (I had to take several breaks since it was my first time ever). There’s a sign in the restroom asking people to not leave the room mid-class which was nerve racking because the heat was very intense but I was too intimidated to leave for a quick breather so I was relieved to see someone else do just that without being reprimanded for it! It was also very nice to receive an encouraging “good job! I see you really trying” compliments at the end from both the instructor and another friendly participant.

She personalized the class for the individuals needs and very patiently shared her experience that I feel very relaxed and joyful every time I came to her class. Definitely recommend this place!
