alle beoordelingen weergevenLOVED IT. Challenging fun really good workout. Instructor was patient and made the beginners feel confident, welcomed/appreciated for your own unique strengths. DO NOT PUT ON LOTION OR OILS at any point the same day you get on a pole I was sliding all over the place.. a bummer bc I had strength but no grip. Will def be back tho!! MAKE SURE YOU SIGN YOUR WAIVER BEFORE GOING IN should send via email. for me it sent to one not linked to ClassPass. Check all accounts before going in and sign it.. instructor wasn’t happy with me, which I get (big liability).

alle beoordelingen weergevenI had a blast at this class.. Choreography was a perfect challenge and pushed me in the best way. Our instructor was tentative and helpful with movement breakdown and keeping an eye on our technique~ I really appreciated that aspect. You will enjoy your session here!
