Feels like a lot of the great teachers aren’t teaching a lot of classes anymore and a couple of newer teachers to the studio are teaching a lot of the classes. Missing the variety of knowledgeable teachers.

I really enjoyed the flow of class, i felt very prepared for the peak pose and challenged in a different way that other flows at studios in the area. I was unsure from the description, but this is not a heated studio.

alle beoordelingen weergevenReally loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

alle beoordelingen weergevenWow! This was an AMAZING class! One of the best yoga classes I’ve ever been to. It was empowering, challenging, relaxing and healing. Karina spoke about the chakras and said empowering mantras throughout class. She did a perfect job at pushing and motivating the class throughout all the poses. It was 102 so definitely expect to get your sweat on. Thoroughly impressed with this class and I will be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI liked everything about this class… Well, perhaps the music was not my taste (never developed a taste for that EDM beat), but the workout was really good; an interesting mix of Yoga, Pilates, & Calisthenics, Regan was really supportive, kept the class going at a great pace, and was really attentive and observant to both the studio environment and the participants. I hate to admit it... but I was sore for a day or two after. That tells me I've got a few areas I need to work on in my regular workouts. Thanks for a great experience.
