It was my first time getting a service like this and she helped me to feel safe, informed, and comfortable. She made the experience joyful for me as well. I was guided to a room after I chose which vitamins I would like in my IV bag, and I was greeted with comfortable lounging massage chairs, a tv setup with cable/hulu/netflix, a cute trendy wall, blankets & pillows, and a button to summon someone from the other room if necessary. The nurse came in shortly after and did a very good job with the needle (I have no bruising or pain) and was quick and efficient. My bag drained in about 30 minutes and the nurse came back promptly to remove everything. I would be happy to return here and would definitely recommend to my friends! 10/10.
