They squeeze you from the toes, all the way up to your thighs.And then release. I mentioned that my neck and hips needed extra attention, and she did an amazing job while still providing a full-body massage. The session included hot stones, warm towels, massage oils, and a heated massage table, which made the experience incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the facility was very clean.
