I typically stick to classical Pilates but my sister has been raving about RockSalt for ages so decided to give it a go and it was soooo fun! Angelica is so sweet and gives you a really nice full body workout! Her cues are clear and her energy is just fantastic. She also offers modifications that really helped since I wasn’t used to this fast paced kind of Pilates. Highly recommend her class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThough I gave a 5 star, I have some feedback. I felt like the music selection didn’t match the flow of the workouts but I appreciated that the music was main stream/edm. I also felt that the transition to the next move could use some work. I don’t think we require a pause before doing the next move. That’s all from today!

alle beoordelingen weergevenLynette’s Pilates class was an absolute delight! It was the perfect way to kickstart my Monday. She thoroughly explained each movement and even demonstrated them herself. She was incredibly helpful, coming around to grab our attachments whenever we seemed to be struggling. Today, my body truly needed this workout. I’ve never sweated this much during a Pilates class before, and I’m amazed that I’ve taken about 15 classes at different studios.

I also love that she offers 1:1 guidance to ensure your form is correct. The class is fun and engaging—it’s challenging enough to feel the work, but never overwhelming.

She was an amazing instructor, she emphasized listening to your body, encouraging breaks, and offering different levels to challenge yourself. Her cues were easy to follow, will definitely be back soon!
