alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed this class. I was expecting a more slow, relaxing pace but I think the pace was just right. I loved the mixture of yoga/ Pilates/ meditation techniques. It was a powerhouse combination of relaxation, stretching and a good workout. The instructor was great and I loved his energy. I would love to take this class again but I don’t see it available at the 7pm slot. I work late so I wish they offered more night classes. However, I do appreciate the few times I’ve been able to attend after work.
