alle beoordelingen weergevenAndie has such a welcoming, supportive and fun presence- it was a fun class, nice to change up the typical structured yoga class with dance breaks! Music was a nice mix of pop & hip hop, there a voluntary twerk dance breaks too 😜. I love the sound system at the studio and that Andie dimmed the lights for some portions of the class, that helped us let loose l & allowed us to dance more freely 💃🏻🥰!

VERY small & intimate class, which I personally loved because instructor Dina was able to work with each and every one of us and help fix our form if needed. Not a crazy workout if that's what you're looking for, but I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time in this class. Would definitely come back!
