Pilates Reformer/tower 4th floor
alle beoordelingen weergevenMasako is an amazing instructor! She is advanced, she will not teach Pilates jargon or tips on navigating a reformer/tower. If you’re new to Pilates, don’t take her class until you have taken at least 25 reformer/tower classes, spare yourself the embarrassment lol

alle beoordelingen weergevenI had a nice teacher, who made the class fun and approachable. It seemed like a majority of the students had never been to a dance class before (me included) so I would recommend this class for anyone who wants to try a dance class for the first time. I’ll def be practicing the routine we learned at home! :)
