A little more interaction, guidance, and conversation would have helped create a better connection and made me feel more comfortable throughout the session. Overall, the treatment itself was good, and I was pleased with the immediate results, but having an attendant who is more warm, lively, and personable would definitely make the experience more memorable.

She explained that Clarify+ is more suitable for those with more acne and could potentially dry out my skin. I also asked April about the differences between the different facials, and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain each one clearly. I really appreciated that they recommended what was best for my skin rather than simply proceeding with what I booked. The receptionist also explained the change to me and made sure I was comfortable with it. I felt that they genuinely care about their clients and provide personalized service—not just simply offering a facial. That’s what I call great customer service! My entire experience was very good, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
