I just wish they had more reminders in the classpass and an orientation since it was my first time, I should have done my research. All I knew was no workout 2 hours before and after. So when I got there, it was too late to know that I shouldn't drink coffee prior, though it was 6hrs ago. Anyway, the therapist gave me a warm water to be hydrated. I also did not sign the vital sign declaration yet since I though they would check me, but it was forgotten until I was done. So as per the therapist, the dose was 100ml sodium chloride for the glow shots IV drip.

Unfortunately, the doctor wasn't in that day, so one of the staff did my IV and had a hard time doing it right. My right arm was punctured 4-5x before it was done correctly. As expected, I ended up with a bruised arm and looking like a junkie. I hope the staff could be trained properly in inserting the IV because it can be done in one go. I've seen it, it's possible. I hope the doctor will be there on my next drip session.
