Hot Flow (Infrared Heat)
alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class exceeded my expectations. Elizabeth leads with remarkable energy, and as a yoga beginner, I felt thoroughly supported. While I encountered challenges with a few poses, her provision of modifications ensured I could perform them effectively. It is no surprise that this session reaches capacity so quickly.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved this class! When you first step into the studio the environment is welcoming. The instructors and assistant want you to master the basic form and push yourself to try changing poses. The room is hot but not sizzling. You will sweat but each drop of sweat releases stress. I’m definitely coming back love how hot it was but it wasn’t like I’ll pass out hot haha. The perfect heat to get a great sweat on. Thank you Gillian for sharing this practice with me and being so welcoming and inviting 💕 20/10 recommend !

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe most welcoming studio I’ve ever been to! I’ve been out of yoga practice for a bit, but Nancy helped me fit right in! Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!
