Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!

I love that her classes are both challenging and deeply relaxing at the same time. Her soothing voice creates such a calming atmosphere, and the cold stones at the end are always my favorite part!

The instructor was welcoming, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment from the moment I arrived. The studio itself felt warm, cozy, and inviting. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
