alle beoordelingen weergevenI love Belles classes! Not only does she instruct well she demonstrates alternatives and moves around so everyone can see. She makes the classes fun by including a theme and curated playlist. Not to mention the essential oil infused cold towels at the end.

alle beoordelingen weergevenAdriana T’s energy is unmatched! She was amazing. She did the whole class along with a smile on her face. Playlist was fantastic and upbeat. The studio is spacious but a little messy when people are leaving and you’re trying to come in. It was hot but specially VERY HUMID making a little claustrophobic. I wish they had more ventilation specially mid-end class. They gave towels but they weren’t even cold. Regardless, I will be coming back!!! Loved it

I felt so comfortable in my own skin and didn’t feel like I had to go at anyone’s pace but my own. Zoe encouraged us to try something new and though I’m not all the way there with a handstand I will definitely try it next time because I’m coming back for sure! The energy and vibe was so peaceful loved each movement. It was so intentional and the atmosphere truly re-aligned me which was much needed!

He was encouraging, respectful, and gave space to rest or modify when needed. My back and body felt so much better after class, and I left feeling amazing. I can’t wait to come back.
