The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. The hoops are of different sizes and heights so I think it’s ok to have couple more people than hoops because everyone moves around and try different hoops.

I appreciate how he breaks down each movement and provides short breaks in between new counts (so we can drink water or ask questions). He was approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere for beginners. Can't wait to take his class again!
