alle beoordelingen weergevenToday was my 2nd day in a row at my attempt to seek out Brazilian jiu jitsu as a beginner in the new year. Coach Pat was nothing short of amazing. He and Herb taught 3 different armbars from full mount. It was super cool to learn step by step. I was also surprised how it wasn’t as intimidating to be in presence of such high level bjj practitioners. I really enjoyed every minute. Cannot wait to go back.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMy first time taking any class is always nerve wrecking. I’ve always admired Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & today I finally had the guts to attend. Coach John was substituting and he was very welcoming. Unfortunately, the 7p is more advanced, but he and the advanced ladies Mila, Michelle & Gwen were patient and kind teaching me basic fundamentals. They even allowed me to try the warm-up and some of Coach John’s moves of the day. Everyone was super welcoming, so I appreciated the impromptu intro to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’ll be back for the 6p here at UFC CM or maybe try to the ladies gi at UFC HB. Good stuff!
