alle beoordelingen weergevenLana is a great instructor. She goes through poses pretty quickly, but there is enough repetition for you to understand what to do. I love how active we switch poses and stretch different areas of the body. Bonus, it was great to be in a hot studio in the cold mornings.

She personalized the class for the individuals needs and very patiently shared her experience that I feel very relaxed and joyful every time I came to her class. Definitely recommend this place!
