alle beoordelingen weergevenProbably the best Y6 location I’ve been to yet where the instructor and staff was very friendly and thorough. The room isn’t as heated as other hot yoga classes I’ve been to but I still worked up a sweat for a restore class.

She has such a calm and soothing voice, gives clear and easy-to-follow cues as we transition through different sets, and provides helpful alternatives to accommodate different levels and needs. Her guidance makes the class feel both approachable and enjoyable.
