alle beoordelingen weergevenNot sure what the bad reviews are all about, this class definitely is not if you want something “relaxing”, which isn’t what a power class is supposed to be anyways. She pushes you in all the right ways and I would’ve never known how strong I was or pushed myself to do half of the things done in this class if it wasn’t for an instructor like her. I’ve seen a huge benefit in my practice in just a handful of classes. 100/10! Gaby you’re amazing!

The pace here was prime and it allowed me to breathe more deeply into my poses. Please consider adding more Slow & Juicy classes to your programming.

alle beoordelingen weergevenAlexandra was an amazing instructor! This class was definitely not what I was expecting but I’m glad I pushed myself out my comfort zone. We all sat in a circle and it was beautiful. It was definitely weird and awkward but with uncomfortabilty you learn so much about yourself. This was definitely interesting!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI like the class. The only thing I would recommend was that the teacher would be sitter in front of the room, so students could see themselves in the mirror to correct poses etc. Also the studio could invest in better quality mats because the current ones have no grip.

What I love about this studio is that it isn’t just about a “workout”, but it really feels like a true yoga practice where you leave class feeling stronger, so relaxed and aligned with yourself. I’m grateful for this space bc it’s hard to find something like this in Miami.
