We all sat in a circle and it was beautiful. It was definitely weird and awkward but with uncomfortabilty you learn so much about yourself. This was definitely interesting!

The music is top notch, the machines are brand new, and the studio if very clean. If you are looking to get hooked to Pilates, this was the class that did it for me and now I can’t imagine what life was like before it. If you get into the right breathing, mindset, and set a good intention, you can feel so accomplished after the class, it’s therapy. Not to mention, Karen is my fav, she always makes me feel like I am at a Keinemusik concert just with a Pilates reformer. She brings great energy and leaves you starting your day off right. I would definitely recommend this class!

The space is immaculate, the machines are top notch, and the instructors are extremely skilled, knowledgeable, motivating and high-quality. Every single workout will challenge your body in a way that is safe, and low-impact but super high intensity! The owners are there every day and take pride in their business. They are the best instructors who truly care about your form and your experience in class. Not to mention, they make custom playlists and the vibe is just out of this world! The whole workout is such world class experience, from start to finish. It never gets easier, there are just new levels of form and intensity as you level up. My body has reaped the benefits, I’ve become so much stronger and more toned. I highly recommend this studio!

The workout was pretty intense, but I expected it based on what other reviewers said. Plenty of modifications possible. Lots of different exercises I’ve never done before even after 200+ classes. There’s not too many mat pilates classes so I hope to return. This is the type of place I’d actually get a membership at.

alle beoordelingen weergevenWow! This class was everything. I was the only one who had booked the class and so it was basically a private lesson with Katie. She was absolutely incredible. Katie still taught and gave me her all for this class, she personalized it to what I told her I wanted to work on and if I had any tension or soreness. I think this class was so amazing because of how great of a teacher Katie is, she’s extremely patient and kind and has a warm sense of nurturing to make you feel safe in the uncomfortable or if you feel like you aren’t quite getting the move right. She adjusts you and is overall is such a great teacher. I’ve tried so many yoga studios but this is the only one I keep coming back to because of how I feel during and after. I love the vibe, the music, and how beautiful the studio is. You are also not dying of heat like every other studio in Miami has you in the class. I wish they did more yoga classes and that the credits weren’t so so high for it. However, the instructors here are amazing especially Katie. She always brings a calm and kind energy to the class. I left feeling super good and refreshed to start my day! What a light in the world. Katie is incredible and definitely recommend trying this class out especially if you are new to yoga or you want to be free and let your mind go! Thank you so much Libre, so happy I found you!

I LOVE Bettina and her class flow. It is not trying to be anything else but Pilates and what Sir Joseph has intended us to do. So many studios and "instructors" these days seem to have no idea what and who they want to be, it is nice to be reminded to point one's feet, fix posture, engage the core and "smiley area" AND BREATHE! That is what Pilates is all about. Not some Cirque du Soleil training. Anyone and anything can make you tired... That doesn't make it a qualified instructor or worthy workout. I LOVE IT HERE!! 💚✨️
