She keeps an eye on everyone’s form and gave help to everyone in the class (really needed that because I haven’t been to Pilates in three weeks. S/o to you Brenda). I am a big fan of her contagious energy—she hypes you up and gives credit where it’s due. She seriously kept me going the whole class. What a perfect Friday class. The studio itself is very clean and I am a big fan of the natural lighting. It’s really easy to find parking if you give yourself 20 minutes of room for error. I will definitely be back for more of Brenda’s classes. Seriously, Jetset is my favorite Pilates studio in Miami. No one could ever match up. I really love how Jetset is affirmative on keeping the fundamentals of Pilates while still giving us that extra push with holds and pulses. I always get a better workout when I’m going at a slow and controlled pace without the music overstimulating and Jetset does a great job at all of this. plus, they have amazing music. I pretty much lost it and went so much harder when “party diva” by deeper purpose came on. Great class Brenda!!!!

Yeli is such a fun teacher and I love learning the craziest combinations from her, and how she pushes you to challenge yourself and grow. This is the funnest workout that doesn’t feel like a workout (but it totally is), give it a try and stick with it!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI appreciate the teacher not dumbing down the class because some attendees have little to no Pilates experience. This workout and method are NOT beginner friendly. Even with years of Pilates experience (or else), you will be challenged at every move. I strongly recommend attending the Pilates Place or similar FIRST to learn proper engagement, lingo, and endurance. Nofar is most definitely in the top three best studio and workout in Miami. I've tried my fair share of studios and workouts, and this concept is so unique. I love Antonio's teaching method. He is very hands-on with corrections and won't let you slack no matter how many times he's seen you... or not. The studio is beautiful and clean. You must have grip socks but should not own any or forgot to bring them, they sell great ones for $7 which says so much about this place. I LOVE IT HERE!! ✨️

She said the name of the exercises and described it halfway but I had to wait until someone else was in it to understand exactly what we were doing. There was a lot of empty space where she could have been describing the exercise: location, muscles worked, what we should feel, amplifications, modifications, etc. instead it was just basic countdowns. Lot of room for improvement but not a bad workout

She also demonstrated exercises on the machine or floor ! Only one thing I would add : give option to change the spring if someone needs to modify. I knew how to do that, but few guys in class they were struggling and different spring would help them a lot. Otherwise very good class. I will be back when in town. Thanks !
