She gives great adjustments and verbal cues to get you into your place. Also the practice room is spacious and bright. Very cool studio!

alle beoordelingen weergevenVery relaxing class, only a few poses, maybe 6 or 7 š in 75 minutes, all on the ground -- you won't break a sweat but very, very relaxing and Danielle is good vibes, gives adjustments (huge) and the studio is beautiful and clean!

The vinyasa sequence was beautiful and perfectly paced, the teacher was amazing, inspiring and genuinely welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough. I'm already planning to come back next time I'm in Miami Beach.

They know exactly how to push you past the point where youād quit on yourself. I honestly give thanks for them and this class - it gets me to work out hard. Part of me doesnāt want to leave this review because Iād rather keep this class a secretā¦ but they deserve every bit of recognition. Just be preparedāyouāll probably hate it while youāre doing it, and youāll absolutely love it when itās done and what it does for you.
