I love to relax, flow through slower gentler poses and spend more time stretching and opening up. A lot of hot yoga classes these days are just so fast and chaotic, this class was a nice reminder of what real yoga is about. Not a workout, but a moment to be present and let the body reset. Thank you

They are a cannot miss magical incredible & fulfilling experience! Side note- the studio is lovely! I love the sweet women who are always working the front check in desk. They are so kind! Everyone who I met who works here is, just be mindful to go to class a bit earlier bc those who sign up with class pass can’t sign in on the iPad! You’ll have to check in by telling them your name, but the girls are sooo sweet & helpful! It shouldn’t take long at all

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was my first time at this studio and I liked it. This Rocket class was pretty cool, I’ve never done it before. I’m used to doing power vinyasa flows with a high speed and this was very different as it involves holding postures for 10-15 seconds. Also, the room was without any mirrors so it was new experience for me too but makes you focus on your body alignment in a different way. The one thing I’d say is that it may be hard for beginners/first timers as the teacher didn’t show most of the poses so you might not know what to do if you’ve never practiced yoga. But other than that, it was a great class🤍

It felt more eastern yogic than western, for example we started with a group “om” and mantra and then went into deep and long stretching without music, just extra focus on the breath work. The teacher was very helpful and supportive and the class being small helped as well! Would definitely go back when I’m really sore or in need of more relaxation focused yoga.

I’ve been doing yoga off and on for a few years, but only about 6 months ago recommitted myself to it and started attending classes here with Natasha (the owner) each week. The community that she has fostered at Lost Lotus is truly special and unlike any yoga studio I’ve ever attended. You will absolutely leave any of her classes feeling more connected to yourself and your community while also having deepened your yoga practice. I also made the decision to join her teacher training program and am so glad I did. It was incredibly well-organized and lead with so much heart by Natasha and Lead Teacher Allison. YTT was not only transformative for my yoga practice, but also for me as a person. I emerged feeling prepared to step into teaching and more empowered in my personal life. I can’t recommend Natasha and this studio enough!

I think it was a one-time thing but it definitely made it so that they could actually go around and make adjustments and support through various poses. The long savasana with the cold lavender cloth was the absolute best. Jessica was a really great instructor (so was her mentee but I can’t remember her name), gave clear instructions and everything flowed really well. You could tell she had a huge depth of knowledge.
