alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first class with Isaiah, and I absolutely loved it! The movements were very unique but amazing, and the stretches were so thorough. Take him if you want a good sweat. I will definitely be back to take another class with him! I really appreciated how he passed out the straps at the beginning of class and made sure to tell everyone “great job” at the end. He also mentioned that he had just worked a 12-hour shift, and I have to say, I was very impressed with the energy and effort he brought to the class. Overall, such a great experience!

The class was heated and the music was fun and entertaining. Mario knew what he was doing, he really killed me in a good way. I definitely recommend his classes. He will give you a good work out and you will be drenched in sweat!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first time at this studio and after my experience, I really wish I would have come sooner! The studio atmosphere was very calm with lots of natural lighting and the Laura was very welcoming as we came in and she oriented us with the space. Laura’s Flow class itself was absolutely phenomenal — she incorporated a large portion of the beginning of class to breathwork and meditation, then really took the time to build the class up with preparatory poses to lead up to faster flows and more challenging poses, and ended with a nice, long savasana as she played crystal sound bowls and rain instruments. Laura was very intentional with her cues focusing on anatomy and biomechanics and demonstrated peak poses at the beginning of class to give us an idea of where we were headed. I didn’t feel rushed at any point and modifications and amplifications were offered for each sequence. I would’ve loved hands-on assists throughout, but that’s very much a personal preference. Truly a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to be back!

She focuses on proper form and alignment while still delivering an enjoyable flow. I enjoyed the smaller class size. I felt very welcome there as a visitor. They really have a great community at prana. I sense that regular practice here would unlock new depths in my yoga practice. The classes are hot and challenging but with Schuyler’s gentle encouragement I felt comfortable to try new things. My crow pose already improved in just one week! Highly recommend!

Slow Flow was a great pace, I will say it was hotter in the room than I expected but I didn’t mind that. through the class I did find myself wanting the instructor to call out the name of the posture (in English or Sanskrit) along with the cues. Overall great class & would definitely attend again!

I also learned the syllable associated with each chakra points, which I did not know either. I liked the chanting we did, which was an effective way of increasing awareness of the breath. I benefited a lot from her session in terms of learning and being aware of your breathing during the day by just slowing down and not getting uptight about things, taking them as they come.

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.
