alle beoordelingen weergevenI had good aerobic exercise by doing this type of yoga. it was fairly fast paced flow yoga in very warm (temp like 90-95deg). i am usually not a big fan of hot yoga but it was definitely good exercise. Jamie was a good instructor.

My body was aching the next day after the class. Choreo was pretty fast with some challenging moves but still achievable especially if you already have experience in other dancing styles.

Las Vegas doesn't have a lot of traditional Pilates studios anymore and I'm so happy I found one 🧡. She really wants people to succeed and she's really good at hyping people up during the routine. My spirits and motivation were very consistent because Natalia kept encouraging me along, even though I needed modifications to continue the workout. I highly suggest this Pilates class over others.
