I think the classes are a bit challenging if you don’t have dance experience (or like me haven’t danced in YEARS), but that doesn’t stop the fun or take out the challenge. It’s a great way to get your body moving in ways it usually doesn’t.

My body was aching the next day after the class. Choreo was pretty fast with some challenging moves but still achievable especially if you already have experience in other dancing styles.
