The choreography was creative and fun, and I really appreciated how well it balanced the cycling with arm workouts which kept the entire session engaging. Coach Sam was also incredibly kind and motivating throughout the class. Thank you for such an enjoyable workout! Looking forward to coming back!! :))

Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

The coach’s instructions were clear and he always made sure that our form were correct. The experience was new to me but enjoyable. After the class, fruits and cold tea were served!

alle beoordelingen weergevenWe had our own pace, which made the workout really enjoyable. The gym is spacious, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff are accommodating. The place has a peaceful atmosphere and a great ambience. The only downside is the parking—it’s quite limited and usually full. Luckily, a car left just in time, so I was able to get a parking spot. Overall, it was a great experience.
