Yvonne’s class was 🔥🔥🔥 i dont normally listen to the songs on her playlist but they just make you want to GO. I think because the beats were clear so you would know when to change choreo. Interestingly she had shorter songs but it was INTENSE. Pacing was also done really well. We got a good slow warm up before we bring it up to the sprints and choreo. I find some other instructors go ham too early and you lose out energy right away (tho that might be a skill issue on my end haha)

This is my 2nd time booking this class, and it turned out na ako lang nasa class that showed up 😅. Good for me dahil 1 on 1 session talaga ang dating and Coach Mark really taught me the proper form and breathing technique. Definitely going to incorporate this in my everyday routine.
