alle beoordelingen weergeveni enjoyed the class very much!! the instructor was very hands-on and the class was fast-paced even though it was almost 10pm when we finished😆 too bad that the maintenance staff was out today so the hammocks were a bit high for us and we struggled a bit bc of it. nevertheless, i look forward for my aerial classes here!!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenMy first time attending Ashtanga class, but ive attended other kinds of yoga before. I was shookt that this one was very challenging for me esp. for my body type, but tried my best nonetheless. The instructor was very friendly, will encourage to push you to your limit and really took the time to check on everyone. The studio looked clean and aesthetic. Good class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI attended my second Adult Ballet Beginner class and enjoyed it just as much as the first. Since it had been many years since I last danced ballet, I was still getting used to the movements and terminology, but the class was very welcoming and beginner-friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to get the instructor's name, but he was excellent. He was patient, supportive, and took the time to demonstrate the exercises clearly. I appreciated how comfortable the learning environment felt, especially for those of us who were still building our confidence. He explained things well and created a positive atmosphere throughout the class. Overall, it was another enjoyable experience, and I'm happy to be rediscovering ballet. Looking forward to attending more classes and continuing to improve.
