Mats and props are provided,l - I like that mat spray/wipes are available and encourages students to clean after themselves post-practice, real yoga ashram style. Ultimately, Nancy is and probably forever will be my favourite OG yoga teacher in Manila. A gem of a teacher who I will always be thankful for.

He was very helpful when I need to adjust, and I had fun overall. I’ll be going back to perfect my form in the machine.
