alle beoordelingen weergevenI needed someone to drive me home after this class lol. I think I feel asleep in every pose. Magical. Loved her voice and the pacing. Only thing I always hope for in restorative/ yin — is music with no percussion or lyrics. But this is a personal thing because I’m a musician and percussion / lyrics are hard to fully zone out on. Def recommend this class and will be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenWhat a great class! Amazing energy and fun instructor! Mayu was so funny and welcoming. Other members were also very welcoming. Facility was nice and clean. Hot room was very good temperature. I very much enjoyed the class and will be back soon!

alle beoordelingen weergevenDerek and Petra were super welcoming! I was nervous about this class, so my only intention was to remain in class the entire time. It is structured by types of asanas with very intentional breathing. It is hooooottttt! If I hit a wall, which I did several times, I was able to go into savasana until I was ready to come back to the asanas. I made it, and have an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. Will return when I am ready to challenge myself again!
