Sound Bath
alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first sound bath ever. I walked away feeling very relaxed. I will say I think I’d prefer a little bit of guided breath and meditation paired with it. The only down side was someone ended up snoring next to me (good for him but not for me lol) But overall really cool experience and love this studio space everyone is so kind and welcoming!

alle beoordelingen weergevenNich is one of my all time favorite yoga teachers (and I’ve been practicing for over half my life so that’s saying something). He brings both embodied wisdom and extensive yogic knowledge to his teaching. His classes are challenging and nourishing at the same time. I particularly love his attentiveness to each student along with hands on adjustments, his nervous system awareness and his playful sense of humor. Each class is a gift!
