Her gentle teaching style, combined with her wonderful sense of humor, creates such a comforting and welcoming space. She takes the time to offer thoughtful body adjustments and even gives a soothing massage that helps you feel deeply grounded and relaxed. Every time I leave her class, I feel lighter, more peaceful, and truly renewed. It’s such a beautiful experience, and I’m so grateful I found her.❤️

I absolutely love how we get play time at the end with hand stands, forearm stands, headstands, and everything else in between. Arpineh is such a solid instructor who is sweet and encouraging, yet she pushes us so that we tone and strengthen our bodies and mind. Love love love!!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenJill was very nice, I think her teaching style is not for me but I definitely got a good workout. She was very focused on form but I felt there was more concern with how our postures looked, as opposed to how they felt. For example, she kept telling me to straighten my leg in certain poses when I wasn't able to do so due to inflexibility. I also had trouble understanding many of her cues. On top of that, the room we did yoga in was extremely echoey, which made it difficult to hear. But the studio as a whole is lovely and much more spacious than it looks from the outside, and there are showers. Even though I had a mixed experience, I'm keeping my review at five stars because I don't like to hurt small businesses.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed Mark’s class. It felt different from what most studios in LA offer, and that’s exactly what stood out to me. His Hatha yoga style, combined with his teacher training in India, made the experience feel very traditional and grounded. He was incredibly attentive throughout the class, taking the time to observe each person and guide them based on their individual experience level. I appreciated how he built on where each student was, rather than teaching in a one-size-fits-all way. It created a more personal and meaningful practice.

She gave so many pointers and feedback on the correct form for many poses that I didn’t know I was doing wrong. We went through sun salutations and then some fun practice with inversions. She taught how to get into headstand and backbend and will spot you if you’re up for it trying it as well. Will definitely go back!
