It’s a different approach from the girly mainstream studios on this app. I’d say it’s more rooted/authentic and more technical. I really liked it. Only the portable air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heat.

It blends strength, mobility, and calisthenics in a way I wasn’t used to—more of a free-flow style than just copying a teacher. The instructor was great, guiding us clearly, and even though I found the choregraphy tricky—like figuring out which arm or leg to move first—it really challenged me in a positive way. I’ll probably come back for a challange

You can truly let go also the ambient of a smaller group and for me personally that there is no sound bating involved makes it so pure in its intention and yin style. 🙏
