Stephen explained every exercise clearly and paid close attention to everyone’s technique, making sure we moved safely while pushing ourselves. The studio is also very well equipped. Highly recommend!

O ambiente é acolhedor e faz-nos sentir à vontade, mesmo para quem está a começar. Saí da aula com um sorriso no rosto e com vontade de voltar. Recomendo a 100%!

She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I especially loved how encouraging she is — even if you’re not doing everything perfectly, she motivates you and makes you feel confident. She truly respects each person’s individual pace and energy. Such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I absolutely loved it!
