Always a serve. The motivation? Through the roof. She somehow makes you feel like the hottest person in the room while absolutely destroying your legs. Stephen explained every exercise clearly and paid close attention to everyone’s technique, making sure we moved safely while pushing ourselves. The studio is also very well equipped. Highly recommend!

She really set a positive tone for the day, and I left feeling so energized. The space was perfect, too—nice and comfortable with fans running, so it wasn't stuffy at all. I'd highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I especially loved how encouraging she is — even if you’re not doing everything perfectly, she motivates you and makes you feel confident. She truly respects each person’s individual pace and energy. Such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I absolutely loved it!
