alle beoordelingen weergevenI love Chandra‘s functional movement class. It’s all the stuff they don’t teach you in school for in sports. Even my Personal Trainer didn’t understand how to adjust a workout to hypermobility. My only complaint is sometimes there’s too many people in the class and you don’t get enough attention. She needs more class times with fewer students.
