alle beoordelingen weergevenEleanor is such a fabulous instructor and I adore her classes! This class is hot enough to be challenging and make you sweat, but not Vikram hot. As a beginner, I felt like I could keep up with the flow in the class for the most part, too.

I took the Mass Relaxation session, and I’ve never left a yoga session with my intention so set in stone. I will absolutely be coming back and bringing friends.
